A natural cheddar cheese made with pasteurised milk, starter cultures and rennet. It has a slightly acidic cheddar flavour characteristic of Coon Tasty Cheese. It has a typical yellow colour and firm texture of a cheddar cheese and is sliced for convenient use in a wide variety of application.

Appearance: A pale to mid yellow coloured slices of cheese.
Flavour & Odour: A clean, acidic cheddar flavour with a typical cheddar odour. Off and objectionable flavours shall be absent.
Texture: A firm, slightly weak body which has a close texture

shelf Life: Product is to be stored, transported & distributed under refrigerated conditions (0-4°C). Expected shelf life is 183 days from date of slicing and packing.
