Self Raising Flour is a blend of Plain Flour and Raising agents.

A uniformly fine white/ cream free flowing powder free from specks, lumps, discolouration and infestation. Odourless with a bland flavour, with no sour or bitter taints and free from foreign odours and flavours.

Only for use in the manufacture of food products which are cooked/ baked.

shelf Life: 19 months under reccommended cool, Dry storage conditions. Ideally store away from extremes of heat (More than 20°C and humidity, away from sources of infestation & contamination.
