100% tomato Pulp, low water content, low acidity level results in good yields. Good colour & intense flavour gives an excellent result for all your dishes. From selected varieties of tomatoes, using ripe and sound fruits. It is a creamy extruded tomato sauce, with a low content of peels and seeds.

A very thick concentrate, this product can and will save you money in the kitchen because of the need to dilute with water. For every 4kg of Polpa you may add up to 3lts water.

This product contains no starches or thickening agents. This product may be used direct from tin for marinara sauce, fish dishes or pizza’s. Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Onion, Basil, and Oil etc may be added to taste.

This sauce is used by the International Cooking School of Rome.

shelf Life: 36 months. Store in a cool dry place. After opening, consume within 2-4 days. Keep refrigerated
