A delicate blend of wild bush mushrooms lightly sauteed and marinated in herbs and olive oil. A very high flavour product which allows you to extend with fresh mushroom to build bulk without sacrificing flavour and texture. It is best added at the end of the cooking time.

Can be used in Risotto's, Pasta, Frittata and Sauces.
